About Practice
At Texas Pain and Regenerative Medicine in Houston, Texas, Samir Fahed, MD, provides individualized, patient-centered care for new and established patients. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician who takes time to listen to each patient’s history, symptoms, and goals.
Dr. Fahed earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Damascus Faculty of Medicine in Syria. He completed his internship and a comprehensive anesthesiology residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Ohio.
Texas Pain and Regenerative Medicine uses a multimodal approach that may include conservative therapy, medication management, image-guided interventional procedures, and regenerative-medicine options when clinically appropriate. Each treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s diagnosis, medical history, examination findings, and individual needs.
The practice evaluates conditions including back and neck pain, sciatica, neuropathy, headaches, fibromyalgia, joint and extremity pain, spinal conditions, and persistent pain following injury or surgery. A careful evaluation is performed to identify potential pain generators and discuss reasonable treatment options.
